We accept payment via credit card only (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express), via our secure payment gateway. 

All personal information including but not limited to name, address, email address and credit card information MUST be filled out accurately to ensure there is no delay in processing your order.


Vickers Western Stores focuses on offering quality products, and sometimes sizes and styles are limited. We will try as hard as possible to give you the correct idea of sizing and availability. 

At times, you as a buyer may encounter the following situation with our online store:

A product that you have selected to buy is listed as being in stock, however, because we are also a psychical store as well as an online store, the shopper in our psychical store could be buying the product at the same time as you. So there is a possibility that you might try to buy a product from us online that is no longer available. If this happens we will happily apologize and offer you one of two options:

  1. We will provide you with a full refund
  2. We will offer to order that product in from the manufacture and will ship it out as soon as it arrives.  Typically 2 weeks. 


Orders will not be filled until payment has been received in full and we are satisfied with the integrity of the order. If there is question to the integrity of the order you will receive a phone call and/or email asking you to verify information before your order ships. 

When we receive your order we will send you a confirmation email of your purchase. This will contain an order number, a description of the item(s) you ordered, any applicable taxes and shipping costs. 

Vickers Western Stores collects customer information so that we can process your order(s) as efficiently as possible. We respect your privacy and assure you that we will use this information responsibly.



We will gladly exchange or return any item that you are unsatisfied with as long as:

  • The product does not show any signs or evidence of wear
  • Has the original tags
  • Is in it's original condition and packaging if applicable. 

Products showing signs of wear will be returned to the customer and will not be refunded. To ensure that your boots don't show any signs of wear, only wear them in carpeted areas until you are sure they fit properly and you want to keep them. 

Items must be returned within 30 days from date of purchase.

Shipping and handling charges are NOT refundable. Exchanges my incur an additional shipping charge. You are responsible for return shipping costs. 

Pleas allow 7-10 business days from the day we receive your return/exchange for it to be processed. 

When you return/exchange has been process you will receive a confirmation email stating that your return/exchange has been processed. If you are returning an item the confirmation email will include the total dollar amount returned to your credit card. Please allow 2-5 business days (depending on your issuing bank) or by your next credit card statement for the refund to apply.

Before returning your item(s) please email us at or give us a call at 208-237-5700 and let us know why you would like to return the item. After contacting us please be sure to send your item(s) back within 5 business days.  

Please note:

Vickers Western Stores is not responsible for the payment of the return shipping. Free shipping back to you on an exchange item is only valid for the first exchange; any further exchanges on the original purchase will be solely the customer's responsibility in full. 

Until an item is received at Vickers Western Stores, it is your responsibility. We recommend that you track your packages. 


All of our products are shipped via UPS. All items are shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise specified at checkout. Items that are in stock will usually ship within 48 business hours of us receiving the order. When your order ships you will receive an email with the tracking number. We ask that you allow 5-7 business days for delivery from the day that you receive your email confirmation with tracking number.  We do our best to get your order to you as fast as possible but cannot guarantee delivery times. 

If you order an item that is currently not in stock in our store, you will receive an email and/or phone call notifying you of the delay with an estimated arrival time frame. When the item does ship, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number.

We aim to provide accurate product information.  However, product packaging and material may contain more and/or different information from the website, including product descriptions, country of origin, ingredients and other information.  Always read labels, warnings, and directions and other information provided with the product before use.  For additional information about a specific product, please contact the manufacturer.


How can i cancel my order?

Once you submit your order on the website there is generally a small window in which your order can be canceled. To cancel your order you will need to call customer service at 208.237.5700.  If we cannot cancel your order you can return it for a refund excluding the cost of shipping. 

Can I use my store credit online or my online credit in store?

Unfortunately, store credit can only be used in the store and online credit can only be used online. 

Can I use my virtual gift card in the retail store?

No, unfortunately a virtual gift card can only be used in our online store. 

Can I use online coupons in store or in store coupons online?

No. In store coupons can only be used in store and online coupons or discount codes can only be used online. If an in store coupon can be used online it will contain a discount code that can be entered during checkout. If an online coupon can be used in-store it will specifically state it on the coupon.
